Who handles after-sales service?
The same team that installed the system. The TBTL monitoring platform tracks operating status in real time so issues are addressed quickly. The company is also registered with the SME joint after-sales service centre.

Where are the products made?
At our own plant, which shares the headquarters address at 1436, Nakdong-daero, Sasang-gu, Busan. A single visit covers both consultation and a look at the production line.
