Through NEW ENERGY's heating technology, we achieve economic, environmental, and social sustainability while providing innovative energy solutions to customers.
Since its founding in 2019 the company has developed the TBTL ion heating system in-house, registered patents in eight countries, won the CES 2025 Innovation Award and delivered to around 100 sites nationwide. As of 2026 we design and manufacture industrial boilers, building boilers, agricultural and fishery boilers and hot water tanks.

Economic sustainability
Heating and hot-water running costs fall by 30–70%, changing a site's fixed cost structure. A Busan public institution went from KRW 200,000 to KRW 20,000 per month.
Environmental sustainability
No fossil fuel is burned, so carbon emissions are 43% lower than an average gas boiler. The 102 units sold in 2023 cut 2,304.6 tonnes of CO₂eq.
Social sustainability

What does NEW ENERGY do?
NEW ENERGY Co., Ltd. develops and manufactures the TBTL ion heating system, an industrial electric boiler. Headquarters and plant are at 1436, Nakdong-daero, Sasang-gu, Busan, Republic of Korea. Products cover industrial boilers, building boilers, agricultural and fishery boilers and hot water tanks.
Do you manufacture in-house?
Yes. NEP series units are produced at our own plant in Sasang-gu, Busan under ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certification. The ion heating principle was developed in-house and patented in eight countries.
How efficient is the ion heating system?
Energy conversion efficiency is 99.9%, compared with 80% for gas boilers, 90% for electric boilers and 65% for heat pumps. In KCL testing it consumed 28.1% less electricity than an inverter heat pump under reproduced winter conditions.
Do you export?
Yes. A German branch office was established through KOTRA in 2021, and the company has exhibited at SHK Essen 2022 and IFA Berlin. Boiler system patents are filed in the USA, Europe, Vietnam, China, Japan, India, Russia and Canada.
