Frequently asked questions
When was NEW ENERGY founded?
In 2019, completing SME verification, women-owned enterprise certification and factory registration in that year. In 2020 the boiler system was filed for patent in eight countries: USA, Europe, Vietnam, China, Japan, India, Russia and Canada.
When did you win the CES Innovation Award?
The CES 2025 Innovation Award was won for the ion heating system, following participation in CES 2024 Eureka Park. In 2026 the company took part in the CES Innovation Award winners exhibition hosted by the Busan IT Industry Promotion Agency.
Do you hold ISO certification?
Yes. ISO 9001 for quality management and ISO 14001 for environmental management were both acquired in 2022, the same year the company was named an Outstanding Green Energy Company in Korea.
What is your overseas track record?
A German branch office was established through KOTRA in 2021. The company exhibited at SHK Essen 2022 and at IFA Berlin in 2024. Patents for both the boiler system and heating appliance systems are filed in eight countries.
