What information do you need first?
Three things are enough: your current equipment (gas, electric, heat pump or oil boiler), monthly energy cost, and the heated or hot-water area and capacity. With that we can produce an approximate savings simulation during the call. Drawings and equipment specifications are not required.
Is there a charge for consultation or a site survey?
Phone consultation, savings simulation and site survey are all free of charge, with no cost up to the quotation stage. Same-day visits are possible in Busan and Gyeongnam subject to scheduling; elsewhere we normally visit within two to three days.
Can we start with zero upfront cost?
Yes. Through the 2026 partnership with KEPCO-ES, a KEPCO subsidiary, construction cost is paid upfront by KEPCO-ES and repaid by the customer from the electricity savings, allowing zero initial cost. Eligibility is confirmed during consultation.
How long does installation take?
Consultation, survey and quotation typically take three to seven days, and installation itself one to three days at a normal site. Existing water and air handling piping is reused and no outdoor unit, refrigerant, gas piping or flue work is needed, so many sites continue operating during installation.
